About
Cypress Academy's Dowdell location in Spring (77389) is a 27,000 sq ft stand-alone ninja facility. Ninja classes take kids from age 3 through obstacle courses and parkour-style skills. Friday Night Ninja events have a new theme each week, and the gym hosts birthday parties. It's the bigger of Cypress Academy's two ninja sites. Families wanting classic gymnastics would use the brand's other locations.
