Scope
This page describes the limits of the current site. It is not a finished terms-of-use agreement from a lawyer.
Not an Endorsement
A listing is a business KAL can name from a public record. Being listed is not a recommendation, a ranking of quality, or a guarantee of openings. Sponsored slots are ads sold separately from the fact columns. KAL does not publish invented businesses.
Owners
An owner can claim a free profile with an email code. Edits and photos stay off the public page until KAL confirms the claim. The owner is responsible for the hours, photos, and prices they submit. KAL may keep the public-source fields beside those edits and will log the change.
Allowed Use
Read the pages, share a URL, and use the comparison for your own search. Do not scrape the site in a way that breaks it, and do not treat a listing as a personal endorsement. Bulk copying of the descriptions is not allowed. Facts that came from a public dataset stay subject to that dataset’s terms as well.
