Oliver Karate Academy

About

This academy teaches traditional Ketsugo Goju-Ryu Karate, a close-range self-defense system that includes both hard striking attacks like kicks and punches, and softer circular techniques. The style is suitable for all ages, with training rooted in traditions from Okinawa brought by Shodai Jay Trombley. Students develop increased stamina, strength, and speed, alongside self-confidence and discipline. A key focus is on anti-bullying and self-defense.
